    Actually, the people in South Central Ajax call him skinny arms (aka noodle arms) because his arms are so small. He comes around all the time to look through our garbage. He always rdes a bike, and he sways left to right when he rides it. I have almost hit him about 10 times. I don't think that he is the one who lives in the hell house though.

    There's a really spooky story about that area. There once was a family who lived in Ajax (i'm not gonna give any names) The son/little brother of the family went crazy, and ran away from home. It is said that he lived for years in the forest behind the Ajax Hell House. He was so nuts that he actually kept a racoon for a pet, and kept it on a leash. He was seen countless times at the coffee shop furthur down Bayly, with his racoon.

    Ever since the Ajax Hell House has been abandonned, that man was said to live in it.
