there aint no ghost's there..maybe at one time..but definetly not any more.. ive been there at least 50 times.
the chimney building you refer to is the powerhouse. one of the more interesting buildings but doesnt really reek of whitby psych demeanor. look to my post recently about maps and buildings . still close to the top of the page.
but dont waste your time looking for ghosts, if youre there to explore by all means. security is no threat. AS LONG as you dont park in there parking lot they dont care (they hate that) park in the sub division.
theres ways into every building just look.
