What's New at Abiegnus?

July 27 / 00: Magick in Theory and Practice , Aleister Crowley's great work on the topic, is online now, with the exception of the last chapter and some of the appendicies. They are coming soon!

July 17th / 00 : "The Degree Sigils of the Witches and the Tree of Life , a new article by Amphion, has been posted. Also, Aleister Crowley's masterpiece, 'Magick in Theory and Practice', is now only a few days away from completion. Expect it in its entirety soon!

June 21st (Litha) / 00 : Book six of 'Le Morte D'Arthur' has made its long overdue appearance. Also, a new article entitled 'The Sacred King and the Modern Craft' has been added. Lastly, the 'History of the Modern Craft' section has been re-done and updated.

June 1st / 00 : A three part article entitled "Higher Contemplation", by Alice Ouzounian, was added. It appeared orignally on her site, Plotinus , which is well worth checking out.

May 5th / 00 : The following writings by Aleister Crowley, the self-styled 'Master Therion', were added: Liber 0 vel Manus et Sagittae sub figura VI, Liber B vel Magi sub figura I, Liber 9 - Liber E vel Exercitiorum, Liber Librae sub figura XXX, Liber XLIV (The Mass of the Phoenix), Liber Israfel, Liber Cordis Cincti Serpente LXV sub figura LXV and Liber Stella Rubeae. All can be accessed through the 'contents' page, or through the section devoted to them.

April 30th / 00: The long awaited 'Contributed Articles' has made its debut! Including two articles, 'Art and the Sacred' by Elen Hawke, a Craft artist from Britian, and 'The Origins of the Modern Craft' by Amphion.

April 29th / 00: New sections were added to the 'Witchcraft' section, namely 'The Great Rite' and 'The Coven in the Modern Craft'
